From 20 Students to 2,000+ Minds
Founded in 1988, Shreyas Educational Society established St. Lawrence High School & PU College in 1989. Beginning with just 20 students, the institution has grown into a vibrant academic family of over 2,000 students, supported by 150 trained teaching faculty and 30 non-teaching staff.
In its 38 years of service, more than 4,000 students have passed out with flying colours. We consistently achieve 100% pass results in SSLC and 90% pass results in PUC. Every year, 60–70 students pass the SSLC examination with Distinction and are awarded mementos, cash prizes, and certificates by the management.
Kannada Medium Aided Wing
We also proudly run a Kannada Medium Aided School named Shreyas High School, serving 200 students in the local community.

Mr. A. R. Rangaswamy
Founder & Principal Secretary
MA, BSc, BEd
Mr. A. R. Rangaswamy is the Founder and Principal Secretary of Shreyas Educational Society, under which St. Lawrence High School & PU College operates. Having served as a respected teacher at Vokkaligara Sangha, Kottegepalya until 2005, he has dedicated himself full-time since 2006 as Principal Secretary and Founder.
His dedication, daily practice of discipline, and incomparable hard work serve as a daily role model for our teachers, staff, and students.
Mrs. M. Ramadevi
Co-Founder & Head Mistress
BA, BEd
Mrs. M. Ramadevi is the co-founder of Shreyas Educational Society and serves as Head Mistress of St. Lawrence High School. She is a pillar of our institution, widely recognised and respected across society for her strong leadership.
Even today, she actively motivates, guides, and supervises the daily work of our 150+ teachers and 2,000+ students, setting standards in academics, sports, discipline, and leadership.
